Typical Indonesian Traditional Drink with the Aroma of Spices Healthy, Refreshing

In general, humans consume clean, clear and sterile water as the main drink for consumption and also good for health.

In addition to the drink in question, the diverse drink dishes that are served both in official events, riots or breaks, or casual events, both at home with family and at meetings. Each ethnic group has their own special drinks.

This application presents 20 types of fresh and healthy drinks typical of Indonesia which are commonly served such as:

Cendol, is a typical Sundanese Indonesian drink, the term "cendol" may originate from the word "Jendol", which is found in Sundanese, Javanese and Indonesian; This refers to the sensation of the bumps that are felt when the cendol grains through the mouth when drinking cendol ice.

Rice flour is processed by being given a green coloring and printed through a special filter, so that it is shaped. The coloring used initially was a natural dyes of pandan leaves, but now it has been used by artificial food coloring. In Sundanese, cendol is made by sieve of rice flour which is colored with suji leaves with a sieve so that a sharp oval round shape is obtained at the end. In Sundanese, drinking cendol is called 'nyndol'.

Sekoteng is a native drink of Central Java that tastes ginger that is usually served hot. Other ingredients that are usually mixed into drinks are green beans, peanuts, Chinese girlfriends, and pieces of bread. Sekoteng is usually served at night. Sekoteng is usually sold around using pikul carts. One side for the ginger water pan along with the stove while the other side is the place where the mixture and a place to prepare a sekoteng.

Es Teler, is a 'cocktail' fruit in Indonesia. Avocados, young coconuts, grass jelly, jackfruit, and other fruits are served with coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, pandanus amaryllifolius (usually in the form of cocopandan syrup), sugar, and a little salt.
